If you got billed twice on your invoice, this might be a result of having a free
trial or having had your previous invoice credited to R0.



Do not worry, as this double billing will prepay your next invoice. You can also
create a ticket for our accounts team by forwarding the invoice to
accounts@designthat.cloud [accounts@designthat.cloud], and they will correct it
for you.



If you've paid the invoice and would like the money credited back to you, please
let us know by opening a ticket with the accounts [accounts@designthat.cloud]
team.
