# Cancelling your web design package

We give you the option of cancelling your web design packages at any time.
Should you decide to cancel, you need to be aware that you will not be able to
take your website with you to another hosting company or downgrade to our
standard shared hosting plans.



Should you wish to transfer your domain to another registrar, you will be
charged the full standard registration fee for the domain plus the renewal fee.

The build of the website will be maintained by DesignThat and is only available
