our clients’ data are our top priority. To maintain a secure and compliant
environment, we actively monitor and manage our email infrastructure against
threats, spam, and unauthorized access.



As part of our proactive security measures, we block incoming emails originating
from the following countries:

 * Belarus (BY)

 * North Korea (KP)

 * Russia (RU)


WHY ARE THESE EMAILS BLOCKED?

Due to increased risks of cyber threats, phishing attempts, and malicious
activities commonly linked to mail servers in these regions, we have made the
decision to restrict email traffic from these countries. This approach helps us
to:

 * Reduce exposure to security vulnerabilities

 * Protect client accounts and sensitive data

 * Ensure a stable and reliable communication environment


WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

 * If you or your partners operate in any of the restricted countries, emails
   sent from those locations to any DesignThat Cloud-hosted domain will not be
   delivered.

 * Senders from these regions will receive a bounce-back notification explaining
   that the email has been blocked.

 * Our services will continue to function normally for all other regions not
   under restriction.
