If you've created an email account through cPanel (e.g., [email protected]). You can configure it on external mail clients, such as Gmail or Outlook, or mobile devices using the provided mail settings. This guide walks you through accessing these settings via Webmail.
Where to Find Your Email Configuration Settings
Step 1: Log in to Webmail
Visit: yourdomain.com/webmail or webmail.yourdomain.com.
Log in using your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) and the password you set for the account.
Step 2: Open Roundcube or Any Preferred Webmail App
Once you're logged in, select Roundcube (or your preferred mail app) to access your inbox.
Step 3: Go to Webmail Home
On the left-hand side of your inbox, click on “Webmail Home”.
Step 4: Choose Your Device Type
In the “Set up email on your device” section, you’ll see a dropdown labelled "Select the device you will use". Options include:
Apple® (iPhone®, iPad®)
Android™ (Samsung, Pixel, etc.)

Step 5: Enter Your External Email Address
Type in the email address you want the instructions sent to, such as your Gmail or Outlook address.
Tick the options for:
Email
Calendar
Contacts
Click Send to receive setup instructions and configuration details.
Manual Mail Client Settings (for Advanced Users)
If you prefer to configure your device manually, use the following secure settings:
Username: [email protected]
Password: Use the email account's password
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port:

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port:
465
Ensure SSL/TLS is enabled for both incoming and outgoing servers.
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Tips
Gmail users: Use the "Add Account" feature in Gmail settings, then enter the above manual settings under Other (POP/IMAP).
Outlook users: Go to File > Add Account > Manual Setup, then enter the IMAP/SMTP settings above.
Mobile users: Use your device's native mail app and choose Manual Setup.
